hi there!  I have a question.  I really like this boy who is 14 and lives a couple streets away.  His momma won't let him date and my moms won't let me date either.  She said I can date when I'm 16, but that's going to take forever.  Why is it such a big deal to date?

i am 13.  most of my friends have already been on dates because they have big sisters that can go with them.  once a boy asked me if i wanted to go to the movies with my friend and her big sister, but my mom still said no.

it wasn't fair and i'm still mad at my mom.

I don't wanna sound like a mother here, but you guys are too young.  I started dating when I was 13 and if I could do it all over again, I'd wait until I finished school.  My senior year I was so upset that I wanted to quit school because the guy I was dating went to the same school.

He totally dis'd me because another girl had bigger boobs than me.  Just because he was 18 that meant he was an adult and needed an adult girlfriend. 

After that his friend told me he was seeing another girl he met at a football game. 

My cousin told me it was because I didn't have sex with him.

Just be careful and don't be in too much of a hurry.
